These roles involve direct, hands-on patient care. Duties include assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. CMTs (Certified Medication Technicians) will also be responsible for administering medications as prescribed and documented. CNAs, GNAs, HHAs, and PCAs focus on essential support and health monitoring under the direction of a supervisor.

These support roles focus on maintaining the client's well-being and independence. Responsibilities include engaging in stimulating conversation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, accompanying clients to appointments, and providing reliable, safe transportation. Sitters ensure continuous safety and supervision, especially during overnight or short-term care needs.

Valid certification for the role (CNA, GNA, HHA, CMT, PCA) or relevant experience for Companion/Sitter roles. 

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation (Required for Driver roles, preferred for all others).  

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen. 

Demonstrated empathy, patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills. 

Recent physical exam and negative TB test/Chest X-Ray (as required by state law). 

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
